Tuesday: 10.45am – 11.30am - Park United Reformed Church, Palmer Park Ave/Wokingham Road, Reading, RG6 1DN. Class taught by Sedge. *This class is a course that runs during term time only

Wednesday: 7.45pm -8.30pm - Alfred Sutton Primary School, Wokingham Road, RG6 1JR. Class taught by Sedge. *This class is a course that runs during term time only

Thursday: 8.40pm -9.25pm - Beechwood Primary School, Ambleside Close, Woodley, RG5 4JJ. Class taught by Sedge. *This class is a course that runs during term time only

What is Fitness Pilates?

Fitness Pilates is an exercise workout which combines the fundamental principles of Pilates with more practical movements which aims to correct any musculoskeletal imbalances. We focus on building core body strength and working on the back and posture, whilst also improving overall balance and control. The aim is to enable you to transfer your techniques to your everyday life.
