I am sure you have read in the news about all the breaches of peoples personal data that has been left on buses or passed along without permission, Well as from 25th May this year the government have made a few changes that effect everybody with regard to Data Protection, this is called GDPR and we have to change a few things.

First of all I wish to reassure you all of your data is safe with me, and I will never pass it along to a third party or use it for anything other than for the reasons I have your permission.

Your Data - personal data (name, address, phone, email) can only be accessed by office staff, This data is also held on our mailer server which again can only be accessed by my office staff.

Your sensitive data (weight and medical history) is only accessible be me and the other instructors where applicable.

So in line with all of these changes we need to ensure we still have your permission to send you our newsletters and a separate permission to send to details of the great offers we run in classes
