I am an experienced personal trainer in Reading, Berkshire, who can offer you the chance to work one-one with me on achieving your individual goals. I work with a wide variety of clients – young or old, fit or inexperienced, healthier or injured.
A tailor-made plan
Everyone’s goal is different – it might be to tone up for a beach holiday, slim down for a wedding, improve you overall health and fitness or perhaps you have always wanted to run a marathon. As a personal training, I can help you to achieve those goals by developing with you a tailor-made exercise and eating plan. I will then be with you every step of the way to help you implement that plan to ensure you achieve your goal.
As well as setting you on the right path, I am there to keep you motivated throughout the hard work and to make your journey fun! I can push you that little bit further than you would do yourself or ensure that you stick to your plan when you might otherwise give up.
Unlike a gym or a set exercise class, having me as your personal trainer means you can exercise when it best suits your routine. We workout in the privacy of my home.
Workout sessions can be booked as one off session or as a block of 10 at a discounted rate.
- 1 individual session - £39.50 for 45 minute workout
- Block booking of 10 sessions - £355.50
All sessions require 24 hours cancellation otherwise the full price of the session will be charged. All 10 blocks must be used within 3 months of purchase unless a doctor’s note is provided. 10 block renewals must be paid 24 hours in advance (excluding weekends) of initial session of the next 10 block.
