Low Impact Cardio - Total Body Conditioning (Hand Weights needed) 


If you want to tone your body whilst protecting your limbs, so no jumping, why not try this class?

In this class will be working every part of our body, using our core whilst toning with hand weights (or tins of baked beans or something similar). There won't be any jumping. If you want to start with no weights that’s fine or use heavier weights if you wish for certain exercises to challenge yourself more.

This class is suitable for everyone.
