What is HIIT?

Fitness Together run a number of HIIT classes in Reading. HIIT, or High Intensity Interval Training, is a great cardio workout that alternates between high intensity bursts and low to moderate intensity recovery.

Research shows that HIIT training is extremely effective at burning fat and building muscle whilst really getting your heart pumping. It's a great form of cardiovascular exercise and will improve your overall athletic capacity.

HIIT is not suitable for those with any cardiovascular conditions or those who are relatively new to exercise but for those with moderate fitness, it is a great way of taking your fitness to a whole new level. All sessions last 30 minutes and are taught by Sedge. Come along, join us and get your heart pumping and your body working!
