What is Fitness Pilates? - Fitness Pilates is a training option that focuses on the body as a human kinetic chain. It applies the fundamental Pilates technique and exercises and aims to offset musculoskeletal imbalances. It increases muscular balance and strength, improves posture and facilitates client’s ability to optimally function occupationally and recreationally.
