NEW CLASS! Low Impact Cardio - Total Body Conditioning

Exciting news! We have a new class, Wednesdays at 6pm!

Low Impact Cardio - Total Body Conditioning (Hand weights needed). 

If you want to tone your body whilst protecting your limbs - so no jumping, why not try this class?.

All levels, no jumping, strengthen your body.

In this class will be working every part of our body, using our core whilst toning with hand weights, (or tins of baked beans/or something similar). There won't be any jumping. 

If you want to start with no weights that is fine or use heavier weights if you wish for certain exercises to challenge yourself more. This class is suitable for everyone.

This class will be taught live on Zoom and back in venue once we have the go-ahead!
