Calorie Planning This Christmas
We all want to indulge a bit at Christmas time! After all, it wouldn't be the festive season if we didn't enjoy meals with friends, drinks with colleagues, and family parties. However, if we aren't careful it is so easy for our calorie consumption to sky rocket at this time of year.
But it doesn't have to mean we put on weight or undo all the hard work we have put in over the last few months to get trim. You just need to balance those evenings of excess with days of being extra good! If we over-indulge one day, it is really important that we make sure we reduce our calorie and fat in take the following day to compensate. Or if we know we are going out later and are likely to be eating and drinking a lot, we can make sure we don't eat too much during the day to balance it out.
The key to really making this technique work for you is planning! You can then make sure things don’t spiral out of control.
